2. Services Offered We provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for domestic and commercial properties, along with related services. The scope of services will be agreed upon at the time of booking and confirmed via email or another written communication.
3. Booking and Payment 3.1 Booking: Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via email. Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you upon receipt.
3.2 Payment Terms:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise.
- Payments can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, or any other payment method specified on our website.
3.3 Late Payments: Invoices not paid within the agreed terms may be subject to interest charges in accordance with the UK Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
4. Client Obligations 4.1 Access to Property: The Client must ensure access to the property at the agreed time for our assessors to complete their work. Failure to provide access may result in additional charges.
4.2 Accurate Information: The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the property. Failure to do so may delay the production of the EPC or result in additional charges.
5. Cancellations and Refunds 5.1 Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5.2 Refunds: Refunds will only be issued for cancellations or errors made by FasterEPC.com. Refunds will not be provided if the Client fails to provide access or accurate information.
6. Liability 6.1 Service Accuracy: We strive to ensure that all EPCs are accurate and comply with current regulations. However, FasterEPC.com accepts no liability for errors or omissions resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.
6.2 Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Privacy and Data Protection We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
8. Governing Law These Terms of Business are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
